Terms Of Use (PARTNERS)
This section is addressed to publishers and agents (hereinafter referred to as "Partners"). The purpose of this section is to provide Partners with demos, videos, images and documents related to Revistronic products and activities so Partners can have a direct knowledge of Revistronic potential. Partners may also receive commercial communications.

Partners will have access to the following materials:

(i) Scripts and design documents (Game Concept, Game Design and Technical Design), financial documents (Game Budget) and Calendar of production (Milestones);

(ii) Images and pictures;

(iii) Videos;

(iv) Game and Technology Demos; and,

(v) News.

Hereinafter referred to as the "Materials".

Partners are allowed to evaluate the Materials with a multidisciplinary team (marketing, production, finance, technical…) and shall notify Revistronic in writing if they are interested or not in publishing any Materials and the reason of its decision. Revistronic reserves the right to modify or change the content of the Materials at any time, without prior notice.

ACCESS TO THIS SECTION
The access to this section requires being granted a Login and a Password. To be provided with Login and Password Partners will have to submit a copy of a duly executed Software License Agreement which you would find licensepartners.pdf, to the following e-mail address or fax:

The original executed Software License Agreement shall be submitted by courier to the following address:

Partners must complete the registration process by providing Revistronic with current, complete and accurate information. Once we have received the original Software License Agreement signed, we will send you an e-mail with your Login and Password. You will then have access to the Materials. Partners shall use the Materials in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the Software License Agreement. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the activities that occur under your Login and Password. You agree to notify Revistronic immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Revistronic will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of misuse of your Login or Password. You may not use anyone else's Login at any time, without the authorization of the Login holder. Revistronic reserves the right to cancel discretionally your access to this section and any Materials at any moment.

NOTICE ON MATERIALS AVAILABLE IN THIS SECTION
Any Materials made available to download from this Web is copyright of Revistronic. Use of the Materials is governed by the terms and conditions included in the Software License Agreement.

The Materials are made available for download for use by Partners according to the Software License Agreement. Any reproduction or distribution of the Materials not in accordance with the Software License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Copying or reproduction the Materials to any other server or location for further reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited, unless such reproduction or distribution is expressly permitted by the Software License Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the Software License Agreement, Revistronic hereby disclaims any and all warranties and conditions with regard to the Materials, including any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied o statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

NOTICE ON DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE IN THIS SECTION
Hereby Revistronic authorises the use of documents (other than the Materials) included in this section, provided that:

(i) The Revistronic copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear,

(ii) Use of such documents in this seciton is for informational and non-commercial purposes (except in the case of agents, and limited to reproduction or distribution in the framework of their commercial relations with publishers), and,

(iii) No document is modified.

The documents do not include the design or layout of the Revistronic.com Web site. Elements of Revistronic.com Web site are protected by copyright, trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part.

Revistronic makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the published documents. The documents published in this section may include inaccuracies or errors. All the documents are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Revistronic hereby disclaims any and all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
