Terms Of Use (JOBS)
This section is addressed to professionals who may have interest in developing an exciting and encouraging career in Revistronic. The aim of this section is to obtain information of users professional skills and experiences for human resources purposes.

MATERIALS SENT TO REVISTRONIC
The user confirms that he is the original author and/or creator or licensee of all materials sent to Revistronic (hereinafter referred to as the "Materials"). The user confirms to have the right to submit the Materials to Revistronic for the purposes of personnel selection.

The Materials are submitted to Revistronic by the user on the understanding that Revistronic is authorized to review and evaluate the Materials and may use the results of such evaluation as the basis for hiring the services of the user.

The user recognises that, once the Materials have been received by Revistronic, Revistronic has no obligation to:

(i) Acknowledge receipt of the Materials;

(ii) Evaluate the Materials;

(iii) Retain or safeguard the Materials;

(iv) Return the Materials to the user; or

(v) Pay any compensation to the user for the Materials.

The user agrees that:

(i) Revistronic is continuously investing considerable time and money in the development of new games and products as well as improvements to Revistronic's existing products which may be similar or identical to the concepts, ideas, functions, features or other aspects of the Materials;

(ii) Other persons, including Revistronic's employees or contractors may have originated and submitted to Revistronic or to others, or may in the future originate and submit to Revistronic or to others, products, concepts, ideas, functions or features which may be similar or identical to the concepts, ideas, functions, features or other aspects of the Materials; and

(iii) The submission of the Materials to Revistronic does not entitle the user to any compensation whatsoever where Revistronic, independent of the submitted materials, has produced or will in the future produce a product which may be, in whole or in part, similar or identical to the concepts, ideas, functions, features or other aspects of the Materials.

There is no confidential or fiduciary relationship or obligation between the user and Revistronic, and no such relationship or obligation is or shall be deemed to be created, by the submission of the Materials by the user to Revistronic, or by the receipt and evaluation of the Materials by Revistronic.

Revistronic has no obligation to keep or safeguard the Materials or in any way prevent their loss or destruction by any cause or their theft by any person. Revistronic shall not be liable for any loss, destruction, theft, or damage to the Materials, howsoever caused, including the negligence, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct of Revistronic or its employees. The user agrees that Revistronic has the absolute right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice to the user to dispose of or even destroy the Materials at any time.

The user represents that:

(i) The user is the original author and/or creator of the Materials;

(ii) The user is the owner of the Materials and has the right to submit the materials to Revistronic for the purpose of personnel selection; and

(iii) The user shall and does hereby indemnify Revistronic of, from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses or liabilities that may be asserted by any other person against Revistronic or its employees, and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Materials.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms of use are governed by Spanish Law. With express waiver to any other forum users may be entitled to, users of this Web agree to submit any dispute that may arise in connection with the validity, performance, interpretation, enforcement, execution or termination of this Web to the Courts of the city of Madrid, Spain.
