We inform you that the personal data on your file will be kept on the data records of Life Line Entertainment, S.L. ("Revistronic"), whose registered office is at calle Doctor Gómez Ulla 14 - Local, 28028 Madrid, whose tax identification number is B-82459314 and which is entered on the General Register of the Data Protection Agency ("Registro General de la Agencia de Protección de Datos") under the title 'EMPLOYEE FILE' ("FICHERO DE TRABAJADORES"). This legislation grants you the right to oppose the inclusion of the data and to access, rectify and delete the data if you wish. Personal data will be kept secret and confidential by the Company, which will adopt the necessary measures in order to avoid unauthorised access or any unauthorised alteration, loss or use of personal information. In providing us with your personal data, you authorise us to use this information and to provide it to others if necessary, all of which will be carried out in accordance with Law ("Ley Orgánica") 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree ("Real Decreto") 994/1999, of 11 June and any other relevant complementary legislation.

Please note that it is strictly forbidden to send Revistronic personal data related to your ideology, religion, believes, trade union affiliation, racial or ethnic origin, health, sexual life, criminal or administrative records. Our database is a low level protection personal database, therefore we can not assure the protection of any information sent to us in infringement of this rule.

CONSENT TO THE DELIVER OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In providing us with your personal data, you give us your express consent to send to your e-mail address, commercial communications, according to article 21 of Act 34/2002, July 11th, on services in the information society and electronic commerce. Revistronic or any related party may send you commercial communications and keep you informed of the new products and launches, special offers, updating opportunities, promos and events of interest.
