Producer

Will exercise responsibility as producer and/or director

Should have:

"   Experience in team leadership (internal or external, as appropriate)
"   Good understanding of all aspects of multimedia / game production (graphics, design, programming, audio/video, QA, and localisation)
"   Good communication skills to work closely with groups
"   Familiarity with standard project accounting procedures

Will be an advantage:

"   Knowledge of console hardware, operating systems, and standard APIs
"   Familiarity with console hardware, handheld gaming platforms, development tools, and product submission procedures
"   Ability to juggle multiple projects on different SKUs with short timelines
"   Comprehensive knowledge of game genres
"   Knowledge of competitive products, demographics, market preferences and biases, etc.
"   Game design experience
"   Knowledge of script languages (Python, Lua, etc.)
