Should have:

"    Strong skills in 3DStudio Max
"    Experience in character animation
"    Experience in character setup
"    Experience in texturing, illumination
"    Creative and design skills

Will be an advantage:
" Capacity for learning and excellent teamwork skills
" Good level of English
