Should have:

"     Strong skills in 3DStudio Max
"     Skills in high and low polygon modelling
"     Experience in texturing, illumination
"     Experience in level design
"     Creative and design skills

Will be an advantage:
" Capacity for learning and excellent teamwork skills
" Good level of English
